Scarborugh Fair（スカボローフェア ）はサイモンとガーファンクルの名曲である。

歌詞の中で、何度も「Parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme,」と歌われます。

いずれもハーブの名前である。

歌詞は英語の伝承童謡（Mother Goose）から引用されている。

パセリは苦痛をやわらげ、セイジは強さと忍耐力、ローズマリーは愛　タイムは勇気の象徴。

サイモン&ガーファンクルの1966年のアルバム『パセリ・セージ・ローズマリー・アンド・タイム』に収録された「スカボロー・フェア／詠唱」[11]。は「スカボロー・フェア」に、ポール・サイモンによる反戦歌「ザ・サイド・オブ・ア・ヒル」の歌詞に基づき[12] 、主にアート・ガーファンクルが作曲した新しいメロディをつけた[13][14]「詠唱」を対位法的に重ねている。これは1967年のダスティン・ホフマン主演の映画『卒業』の挿入歌として用いられ、世界的に有名になった。
